DS-9C Heavy Duty Bag Closing Machine: The (Q)DS-9 series bag closing machine is designed for high-speed packaging line requirements in such as chemical and grain industries. The sewing max speed is up to 2700 stitches/min, and the conveyor speed matched with it is up to 25 meters/min. Therefore the productivity is 800-1200 bags/hour. Due to the use of oil bath lubrication system, the service life has been greatly extended. Precise balancing design has been carried out for rotating components, which significantly reduced the machine vibration and noise, and greatly save the maintenance costs.
