QKS-13DC heat sealing sewing machine is suitable for sealing and sewing large bags such as kraft paper bags, multi-layer kraft paper bags, paper plastic(composite inner PE) composite bags and paper woven composite bags with the packaging weight of 25-50kg in grain and chemical industries. The production capacity can reach 600-800 bags /hour.

1. The equipment can be equipped with bag mouth dust removal mechanism to absorb powder from bag mouth.

2. The machine adopts special sewing machine with continuous input to realize simultaneous sewing and conveying. it is also equipped with automatic thread cutting mechanism and wire breaking warning device.

3. Electromagnetic clutch is used to control the operation and braking of sewing machine, which can locate accurately and avoid damage to motor caused by frequent starting.

4.The device can automatically control the pneumatic mechanism to realize the traction and cutting of the paper tape, and the action is stable and reliable.

5. The equipment adopts microcomputer control system to accurately control the temperature of the heating mechanism to realize the heat sealing of hot melt paper tape and make the bag mouth reliably sealed.
