Product Structure introduction:

1.Bag leveling device: Automatic bag leveling after materials filed.

2.Pneumaic bag holding device with servo bag transport device: Hold the bag after bag filling and move horizontally.

3.Belt feeding machine: Transport the bag and move horizontally.

4.Labeling device: stick the label on one side of the top of bag.

5.Bag folding machine: Fold the bag mouth.

6.Bag closing machine: Close the bag with stitch after filling material .Bag conveyor: one longer and one shorter conveyor transport the bag after filling material.

8.Touch screen: Used to operate the machine,it has automatic and manual operation mode, with emergency stop function.

Operation process:

1.Operate the touch screen,select automatic mode. select start

2.The worker put the bag on the bag holding machine and start the spring switch.

3.The bag holding machine hold the bag then the weighting machine start filling material

4.After filling material, the bag holing machine release and then the pneumatic bag moving machine hold the bag.

5.Conveyor 1 and pneumatic bag moving machine start simultaneously to transport the bag to belt feeding machine.

6.Bag mouth get into the belt bag conveyor 2 start work and transport the bag to the bag folding machine.

7.The labeling device start label function when the bag mouth get into the bag folding machine.

8.Bag folding machine fold the top side mouth of the bag, and bag keep stay on conveyor 2
